We are looking for a Project Assistant to support the management and coordination of our sports-focused program. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth flow of project activities. This role involves both administrative work and on-site event assistance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
  • Collaborating with the Event Assistants to ensure the smooth execution of events.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, reports, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, key stake holders and external partners
  • Help identify and resolve project-related issues as they arise.
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support project execution.
  • Assisting the Project Manager in day-to-day tasks and operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Prior experience in administration, event planning, or project management support.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work both in the office and on-event site.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
