We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sports Psychologist to lead the psychological and educational components of our programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop comprehensive manuals and methodologies for sports programs, focusing on mental health and psychological resilience.
- Develop and lead a structured curriculum for training sessions with a focus on empowering professionals to create safe, supportive, and engaging sports environments.
- Conducting group sessions with young participants during the sport events.
- Work closely with program directors, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure psychological best practices are seamlessly integrated into the program.
- Collect and analyze feedback from the training and group and stakeholders to refine and optimize materials and methods.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD degree in Sports Psychology.
- Proven experience in developing educational and training materials for sports or educational programs.
- Expertise in conducting training sessions, seminars, and workshops for diverse audiences.
- Passion for promoting mental health and inclusivity in sports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage participants.
- Knowledge of best practices in creating psychologically safe environments in sports.
- Proficient use of English language
