We are seeking an Event Assistant to oversee the smooth execution of our sports-focused program. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing logistics, ensuring safety and smooth participation.

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                             

  • Coordinating and managing event staff.
  • Coordinate transportation of participants, ensure the safe and timely arrival/departure to venues and back.
  • Organizing the event’s flow and setup of the sport activities and event requirements at each venue.
  • Act as the key liaison between participants, venue administration and event staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensuring the safe and smooth operation of each event.
  • Supervising the overall operation during the events in cooperation with the Project Assistants.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in event management, sports related roles or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Passion for promoting sports.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
