We are seeking an Event Assistant to oversee the smooth execution of our sports-focused program. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing logistics, ensuring safety and smooth participation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing event staff.
- Coordinate transportation of participants, ensure the safe and timely arrival/departure to venues and back.
- Organizing the event’s flow and setup of the sport activities and event requirements at each venue.
- Act as the key liaison between participants, venue administration and event staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensuring the safe and smooth operation of each event.
- Supervising the overall operation during the events in cooperation with the Project Assistants.
Qualifications:
- Experience in event management, sports related roles or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Passion for promoting sports.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
